COVID UPDATE: January 2022

Hope you had a nice break over the holidays. We had a blast! πŸ„β€β™‚οΈ

Just a quick update - with COVID very much now in QLD we wanted to take a moment to explain our plan to keep you (and us) safe.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

All our deliveries are contactless. We simply place your order somewhere safe (or wherever you tell us to in the delivery notes). We then mark your order as β€œdelivered” and you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s at your house.

We are still able to re-use the wool liners, so if possible please leave them out on your next order. We will sanitise them before re-use.

CONTACTLESS PICKUP

Pickups are now also contactless. Just give Tory a phone call when you arrive at the kitchen and she’ll place your order on the table inside. 

Please wear a mask when you come inside to pick up your food, and one customer at a time. Thank you!

STOCK LEVELS

As you might have heard, the whole distribution chain is struggling right now. We’re working to keep on top of it, but it’s becoming difficult to source certain ingredients - including some proteins.

For the moment we are making as much food as possible each week. In the event that we get COVID, we’ll have to shut down production and deliveries for 7 days minimum. We REALLY want to avoid this, but if it does happen we want to have as much food on hand as possible.
